Winter Dancers for les Impromptues
Christmas has just passed and the red and white costumes seem to fit very well with this season. An elf or one of of Santa’s little helpers wouldn’t look out of place in one of these costumes. The small woodland animals are huddled in their burrows and the trees have a dusting of snow .

Summer dancers for Les Impromptues
In this painting I have used warm colours and added tropical plants in the foreground to make it decorative and interesting. Again I have added movement not only from the figures but also in the composition; the waves, curves of the sand and bobbing sailing boats.
