Recently I was invited to create eight large canvases with a group of families and children in Worcester. The compositions are based on the architecture in and around Worcester. I planned the paintings but allowed the participants to contribute their ideas in colour and pattern. I was careful not to be too prescriptive encouraging the group to be expressive and free within a framework. Here are three of the eight paintings.
