It’s refreshing after Christmas to begin the New Year by creating a new painting . I am building a collection of work to exhibit at forthcoming events and in a few weeks time I shall be visiting Cornwall to gather new inspiration. I shall take my sketch book with me, make plenty of drawings; go for walks along the cliff tops and beaches as well a visiting some harbours of seaside villages. I have recently finished this painting of Cadgwith with this view of the thatched cottages and the path that leads down to the sea.
